23.Safet clutch device(F.21)

If the hook blocks t he thread w hen runnin g ,the safe ty

clutch device will work, whic h make the l ower timin g

pulley rotate with out load.

1.Restore as follo wing order :

a.clean the thread blocked in the hook;

b.Press the button and turn the han d wheel at r everse

direction.

2.Adjusting the fo rce of safe ty clutch:

Turn the screw clockwise(A direct ion) to inc rease

the force, contary , turn the s crew count er-clock w ise(B

direction)to decr ease the fo rce.

24.Reloading the timing belt(Fig.22)

1.Unloading the ti ming belt:

a.Loosen the screw , , , , ;

b.Take the hand whe el and bush ing down;

c.Pull the feed lev er , outwar d to make th e timing

belt have enough sp ace to pass through;

d.Take down the bel t and take i t out from t he bush lo l e of

upper shaft.

2.Reloading the ti ming belt;

a.The loading orde r of timing belt is th e reverse o r der

of unloading;

b.Adjusting the ti ming relat ionship b e tween upp e r

shaft and lower sha ft;

Turn the hand wheel to lift the thread ta k e-up leve r to

its highest positi on, turn th e lower sh a ft to make t he first

screw on the collar align with the mark on the

rear bushing of low er shaft,u nder this c ondition , install

the belt on the lowe r timing pu lley .
